Outstanding shop — honest, communicative, and great price Brought my BMW M2 in for a full exhaust and intake build — catless downpipe, midpipe, skid plate, MST intake, and valve controller. The car came out absolutely perfect. The sound is exactly what I was hoping for. What really sets Autohaus apart is Alex. I worked with Alex for a pre-purchase inspection on a car I’m buying, and this was hands-down the best auto service experience I’ve ever had. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot), did a re-inspection for free, and even spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me making sure I fully understood everything. I can’t say enough good things about Autohaus Boca and the owner, Alex Bruni. I had a flat tire and Alex personally came out to repair it himself—something you don’t see often these days. Not only was he incredibly helpful and professional, but he went above and beyond in a way that really impressed me. While I was there, he noticed a large scratch on my fender and took the time to polish it out for me. On top of that, the last place I had my oil change for my Mercedes GTS didn’t bother to reset the service reminder indicator. Alex took care of it right away, free of charge. His shop is brand new, spotless, and equipped with all the latest tools to service high-end cars. You can immediately tell he takes pride in his work and in building trust with his customers. I would highly recommend Alex at Autohaus, very easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable and transparent. He has done some modifications on my BMW M4, he thoroughly explained what he was doing and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. The shop and waiting area are in immaculate condition. I am a new resident to Boca and very picky on where I bring my car if I am not doing the work myself. This was my 1st wheel alignment outside of the dealership in 7-8 years and I will gladly stick to bringing my F80 M3 in to Autohaus from now on. Probably the best and most on point alignment I ever had done. Some shops will Toe-and-Go, not print your sheet, and send you on your way, but NOT HERE! Very fair pricing as well. I own a 2016 Smart car which are now far and few in the USA. Alex and his team did an excellent job on my car on a repair where in order to get it all fixed requires dropping my car’s small engine! That takes incredible amount of skill and patience to do. Alex was very transparent with all the diagnostic tests that were performed and answered any questions I had using layman’s terms. As a woman I have had very disappointing experiences in the past where people want to take advantage assuming I won’t understand anything being said to me and that I’ll go along with any car repairs. I felt like I was being treated fairly and honestly throughout my car’s diagnostic and repair process so I decided to request for further scheduled maintenance on my car in addition to the repair. Since the engine was dropped I thought might as well do extra items while they’re in there! I’m a naturally anxious person so kudos to Alex, he could sense when I was feeling hesitant or confused LOL and was able to quickly redirect me with confidence. That’s a sign that he knows customer service. After the repairs, he’s followed up on the status of my car making sure it’s all good. Due to their excellent service, my partner’s car needed repairs and maintenance as well so without delay we took our second vehicle. I came in last Thursday because my car was pulling to the right and making a clicking noise when I turned. I talked to Alex, who came outside to check it out with me before I even handed over the keys. They found a bent piece by the wheel that was touching something when I turned. They sent one of the mechanics to go get the part, took 45 minutes and the whole thing was done. No surprise charges, no pressure for extra work.
